Senator Curtis, member of the Senate Commerce Committee, along with Senators Cruz, Schatz, and Schiff, introduced the Children’s Health, Advancement, Trust, Boundaries, and Oversight in Technology Act. The bipartisan legislation would require AI companies to establish “family accounts” for parents to manage access and usage of AI chatbots by their children.

Senator Curtis, member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, today applauded the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposal to repeal the Biden Administration’s decision to reclassify Utah’s Northern Wasatch Front from a “Moderate” to a “Serious” nonattainment area under the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
