Senators Curtis and Cramer introduced the Dietary Supplements Access Act, which would allow dietary supplements to be purchased using Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Health Reimbursement Arrangements. The measure would give families more flexibility to invest in preventive health solutions while helping reduce long-term healthcare costs.

During a Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee hearing on sports betting in prediction markets and federally regulated event contracts, Senator Curtis raised concerns about the rise of prediction market contracts and their clear resemblance to gambling.
